At illi Water, we design water filtration systems to perform reliably for years and we stand behind that promise. Each of our systems is covered by a comprehensive product warranty and a 90-day satisfaction guarantee to ensure your peace of mind from day one.
Product Warranty Coverage
We offer manufacturer-backed warranties on all major system categories. These warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
Whole-House Filtration Systems
10-Year Limited Warranty
 Covers the structural integrity of tanks, filter housings, and control valves.
Reverse Osmosis (RO) Systems
5-Year Limited Warranty
Covers system housings, fittings, and internal components. Filters and membranes are considered consumables and are not covered beyond initial delivery defects.
Water Softeners
7-Year Limited Warranty
 Covers resin tanks, control valve heads, and internal components. Does not cover salt-related damage or maintenance-related issues.

Please note: illi Water does not provide installation services. All warranties apply to products only and are valid when systems are installed and maintained according to the product manual.
90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
In addition to our product warranties, every purchase is backed by a 90-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your system, you may return it within 90 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is returned in good condition with all original parts and packaging.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim
If you believe your system is eligible for a warranty claim, follow these steps:

Include your order number, product model, and a description of the issue.

Attach clear photos or a short video if applicable.

Our support team will assess the issue and provide next steps, which may include part replacement, full system replacement, or further guidance.
